L'angolo cottura ha tutto l'essenziale: forno a microonde, frigorifero / congelatore, tostapane, caffè locale macinato fresco con la vostra scelta di macchina da caffè o da versare, tè, due birre locali in frigo per il vostro divertimento, e piatti e posate. Clean & beautiful space with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides. Nicely decorated. Cute as can be. Close to everything. One of us had to park on the muddy narrow street and walk down dark driveway so be aware if you are in more than 1 car. Could sometimes hear footsteps above from owners but not overwhelming.

Enjoyed our stay. Well kept, with nice ammenities. Comfortable for two couples or a family of four. At night arrival could use a little more lighting….ran into a bear and cub which was exciting but probably would have been better responded to if we had a little
More light to have observed them. Second bedroom could use a new bed. Otherwise, terrific!

This beautiful, well appointed apartment was perfectly located for our long weekend with visits to Biltmore Estate, River Arts District, and restaurants. I especially liked that it's in a wooded area with little to no traffic.

My daughter and I stayed here for three days and it was fantastic. Alexis made us feel very welcome. The suite was clean and well furnished, and the small amenities were a nice touch. We were close to everything and the neighborhood is idyllic. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

We loved staying at this beautiful, relaxing, cozy home. We felt like we were staying in our own private treehouse with all of the foliage surrounding us. It was extremely clean, and had a private entrance with a little patio to sit on. The bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. The house is on a secluded quiet woodsy street at the end of the road. You forget that you are in the middle of town. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and downtown is only a short easy walk too. Everything is only a 5 to 10 minute drive with many hiking trails only a short drive away. Alexis and Collin thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and at home. They even left us local coffee and beer for us to try. They gave excellent recommendations for hiking, restaurants and places to explore while in Asheville. We highly recommend this rental located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and we hope to be back soon! Thank you Alexis and Collin for being such wonderful hosts.

We encountered a pretty big snafu upon checking in but texted Alexis and she immediately called. The situation was corrected promptly and with many apologies. The space was perfect for us and had many nice touches included. Neighborhood was very cute and a great location. We would stay again!

Very comfortable and relaxing VRBO. From the decorating to heavy nice towels to comfortable beds, this place is a must stay in Asheville. You are only 1 1/2 miles from town so the location is perfect. We will definitely come back for another stay!!

Love the location. Walkable to downtown, yet feels very secluded. Very clean and well stocked with nice surprises- local beers, local coffee, tooth brushes, shampoo, etc. Impressed with the attention to detail for check-in instructions and directions. Absolutely would stay again.

The property was very functional and spacious, and offered a super Homebase from which to explore downtown Asheville. It’s close enough to make walking easy, and was situated in a lovely neighborhood which made it a pleasure. The hosts were terrific about offering suggestions for food nearby. This property is absolutely by far the cleanest property we have ever rented with Vrbo. The smallest details that the owners put into this property to make our stay comfortable was truly appreciated. From the white noisemakers in the bedrooms to the local coffee that was available, the coffee filters, shampoos conditioners, toothpaste and toothbrushes, Contact lens cases with contact lens solution………..you could literally walk into this property with the clothes on your back and stay comfortably. We would definitely return and highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Asheville. Very pleased!

Our stay here could not have been better. The home was in the perfect location to zip into Asheville’s downtown. We loved the quaint and historic neighborhood! Amazing Location
This was our first time booking a property VRBO-style. We usually stayed in hotels. We loved the experience. Alexis was super responsive and replied quickly to any question.
Our family arrived to Asheville for the first time and were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was very modern with a mix of local decorations that just made it seem that you are home.
I cannot emphasize enough how clean it was and all properly set. There was even chocolates by the pillows and local beer in the refrigerator. It is very quiet and you are surrounded by trees and with views of mountains.
The property was also conveniently located minutes from downtown by car.
We look forward to return to Asheville and would definitely look to stay in the same place again.

Wonderful accommodations in a lovely community!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the historic Montford neighborhood. The location was convenient to all of our excursions. Although it's close to amenities, the home is tucked away and feels private at the end of the street. The rental was incredibly clean and well appointed, with attention paid to all the details. We hope to return on our next trip to Asheville. Highly recommend!
