Very nice, helpful and always smiling staff (receptionists, cleaning and estaurant staff) -> THANK YOU
Great Spa facility
Very tasty food and great offer
Spa toilets and changing rooms have been renovated during our stay, with no info/signs in place
A bit outdated hotel equipment

Staff very good, food great, location superb
Some carpet deep cleaning wouldn’t hurt, Aircon struggled with afternoon summer sun/heat.

I like the full service of the hotel: the price included five meals per day and the bath entrance.
The quality of the food could be higher. I have gluten free diet and there was for example no gluten free sweets in five days. The waste pipes at the toilet were smelly.

Location, good food
Pillows, dirty and smelly bathroom ( mold stains)
