Park Inn by Radisson Birmingham Walsall

Good value for money. The room was clean and tidy. Great breakfast as well!

Great that we could check in as late as we did (the early hours of the morning). Rooms are a good size, bed was very comfortable, reception staff were friendly and efficient.

The drunk Geordie taking the mick for us being cockneys, then bottling it when I had a go back.

The staff on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Nothing seemed to be too much effort for them. Although this hotel is next door to Walsall football stadium, there were no issues with noise or inconvenience even on a match day. My room was very clean and comfortable which meant I got some good night's sleep. I had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was very tasty and filling. Breakfast bar was filled with a good selection of English breakfast. I did note that there was also cereals, continental and a good choice of fresh fruit as well as a very tasty fruit salad. The shower in the bathroom was possessed a decent pressure and was well stocked with gels for showering and washing hair etc. The only niggle was that the extractor fan didn't work which meant that it took a long time for the steam in the bathroom to clear.

Staff friendly.

I was working nightshift, too much noise through out the day to sleep.
