We booked the suite and it was very spacious. Enough space to sleep, with a living room area where friends can hang out, eat and drink, etc.
Room is clean. Check-in was seamless. Location is good, very near to Itaewon nightlife area.
No complaints about the place. Having said that, we stayed at the Suite so I can't comment on regular rooms.

As a multi visit repeat guest the location cannot be beat and the new style of the lobby cafe is great!
Despite being a repeat guest, more than 7-8 times, the staff are too rigid on early check in and late checkout policy even when rooms are available and insist on charging extra.
This is against the concept of boutique and personal.
