Amazing resort it has everything under one roof. So many restaurants, variety of selection on food and drinks. We were there for new years and i must say amazing arrangements and entertainment. Well worth the money and the trip I would definitely recomment this resort. Child friendly- my kids loved it. All staff were so friendly and will go extra miles to help you. The manager texted us as we reached and was so belpful with anything we needed

Attenzione al cliente, quantità e qualità dei servizi offerti. Fin da prima che arrivassimo, il reception manager Ayman ci ha accolto con un messaggio e ci ha seguiti per tutto il soggiorno. La cura del resort è maniacale, ci sono piscine ovunque, fra cui 2 riscaldate perfette per la stagione invernale, ristoranti a buffet e à la carte, possibilità di fare snorkeling vedendo la barriera utilizzando la passerella dell'hotel. La camera sempre curata grazie a Fawzy. All'altezza delle aspettative di un 5 stelle.

Animazione notturna, c'è stata musica dal vivo fino al 31 gennaio, poi dopo nulla. Comunque comprensibile per un soggiorno in bassa stagione.

Otelin konumu, olanakları ve çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Check-in saatinden biraz daha erken gittiğimiz halde işlemlerimiz hızlıca tamamlandı. Yetkilimiz Mr. Hamada odamızın upgrade edildiğinin bilgisini verdi rezerve ettiğimiz odadan daha iyi bir odada konakladık, kendisi oldukça ilgiliydi her türlü sorumuza çok hızlı dönüş sağladı. Odamız geniş ve çok temizdi. Yemeklerden ve içeceklerden çok memnun kaldık, otelde birden fazla restoran bulunması çok iyiydi. Kış sezonunda gittiğimiz için ısıtmalı havuzların olması bizim için oldukça önemliydi, otelin plajındaki mercan resiflerini deneyimlemek ve çeşit çeşit balıklarla yüzmek Mısır’daki en güzel deneyimlerimizden biriydi. Dalış yapmaya ihtiyaç duymadık. Check out yaptıktan sonra Mr. Hamada gece uçuşumuza kadar otelin her imkanından yararlanabileceğimizi söyledi. Baştan başa Mısır turu yaptığımız için her şehre kısıtlı vakit ayırabildik, Sharm’a otel tatili için kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz, 3 gün bize yetmedi. Bir dahaki gelişimizde de gönül rahatlığıyla aynı oteli tercih edeceğiz.

Sezon dışı bir vakitte gittiğimiz halde ortak alanlarda Wi-Fi sorunluydu.

Otel tertemizdi. Konumu havaalanına çok yakın. Denizi kumsalı çok güzel. Otel içerisindeki ısıtmalı havuzları güzel.

Otelin yemek kalitesi 10 üzerinden 4 anca.. tatlı çeşitleri birbirinin aynısı ve lezzetli değil. İçecekler de hiç kalite yok, 10 üzerinden 2 belki.. Hele alkollü içecekleri bizim Türkiye’nin 3 yıldızlı otellerinde bile servis edilmeyecek kadar kötü.

The staff, specially ayman the reception manager, he is really helpful and assisted, just ask him for any help or issue he will solve it for you immediately .

Food range is poor but the quality is ok.

Surekli iletisim halinde bir sorun olup olmadigini sordular. Guvenlik konusunda da cok iyiler. Misafirperverlikleri icin ayrica buradan da tesekkur etmek istedim iyi ki burayi tercih etmisiz 🌸

Öncelikle konumu harikaydı. Denize sıfır olması çok önemli bir artı. Personelin büyük çoğunluğu güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı. Müşterilere ilgi ve alakaları oldukça iyiydi. 5 ayrı restoran mevcut ve yemekleri de iyiydi. Yetkili müdür size her akşam mesaj atıyor ve taleplerinizi soruyor. Genel anlamda çok güzel bir deneyimdi.

ماشاء الله المنتجع يغنيك عن الخروج منه ، متوفر فيه فعاليات و متوفر فيه الوجبات الثلاث والاكل ممتاز والموظفين في المرافق والمطاعم والكوفي والغرف جدا خدومين وبشوشين ،، والمسابح نظيفه والشاطى رملي نظيف .

Otelin havuzları, aquaları çok güzeldi. Temizliğine hayran kaldık, odalar muhteşem deniz manzaralı. Hamada bizimle her gün iletişim kurdu ve her şeyimize yardımcı oldu. Erken checkin ve geç check out için de müsaade ettiler. Otel denize sıfır ve çocuklar için çok uygun. Denizde muhteşem balıklarla yüzmek harikaydı. Tatilimiz Çok güzel geçti, kasım ayında deniz tatili yapabilmek mükemmel:)

الفندق ممتاز ولكن بعيد عن خليج نعمه وقريب من المطار والاكل : يوجد عدة مطاعم وجميعها ذات جوده عاليه والموظفون كانوا ودودين ومحاولة ارضاء الساكنين بقدر الاستطاعه

Shar El sheikh de kalabileceğiniz en iyi otel bence. Harika bir hizmet anlayışı var. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibar. Uçağımız erken saatte olduğu için Otele çok erken geldik. Lobi de oturup giriş saatimizi beklerken Resepsiyonda ki Peter bey bize sabah 6:00 da odamızı verdi. Odamız çok geniş ve deniz manzaraliydi. Çok mutlu olduk. Ayrıca Resepsiyon müdürü Ayman bey sürekli bize mesaj gönderdi. İhtiyacımız var mı diye sordu. Her konuda bize yardımcı oldular. Otelde 5 faklı restoran var ve kaliteli yemekler vardı. Deniz mükemmel ve çeşit çeşit balıklarla birlikte yüzdük. 5 gün boyunca çok eğlendik. Umarım tekrar görüşürüz. In my opinion, it is the best hotel you can stay in Shar El Sheikh. He has a great sense of service. All employees are friendly and polite. We arrived at the hotel very early because our flight was early. While we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our check-in time, Mr. Peter at the reception gave us our room at 6:00 in the morning. Our room was very spacious and had a sea view. We were very happy. Also, Mr. Ayman, the Reception manager, constantly sent us messages. “Do we need it?” he asked. They helped us with everything. There are 5 different restaurants in the hotel and they had quality food. The sea was perfect and we swam with all kinds of fish. We had a lot of fun for 5 days. I hope to see you again.

Wij hebben de beste tijd gehad in het hotel. Het was echt super. Personeel is echt top en staan altijd voor je klaar! Echt heel blij met het hotel en zeker waard om weer terug te komen. Uitzicht op de zee is ook echt prachtig!

De kamers zijn niet geluiddicht, waardoor je soms wel mensen buiten hoort.

They update our room to a very great sea view room. Thanks for Moaz his patience and help arrange our luggage. Very big thanks for Waled Ahmed. Every morning he was there ready to do the cleaning with a warm smile. My kids was so surprised with beautiful shape he made by towels. Our flight at afternoon, thanks for Hamada he make us check out 3pm with charge free, it’s was such a great service. Sea and beach were beautiful and clean, I love their beach bed which has amazing design. They have 6 restaurants and the food was different, also if you didn’t catch time there’s a snack station . All time the bar was available so you can get any drink anytime . In the night they have night parties for children and adults. That’s also a fun experience. And Aqua park was so fun. We get everything we want just inside the hotel Lovely days , I’d be there again

A huge hotel that has everything. The children did not want to leave it. Even before we arrived, we received a WhatsApp message from the reception manager Mr. Hamda, who welcomed us and asked us to contact him with any requests we have. When we arrived, we found out that our room was upgraded to a family room with a crazy view of the sea. During the entire vacation Mr. Hamda was available for any request and did everything for us to be satisfied. The hotel has 5 restaurants with an insane variety of food, and we always found something to eat. One of the evenings Hamda arranged dinner for us at an Italian restaurant in the hotel where you order from a menu and the food was of a really, really high standard. The hotel is exceptionally clean.We counted 6 pools, and each one had lifeguard who take off his eyes off the children. The hotel also have excellent water park and the kids loved it. In every corner there is a bar with drinks of all kinds and meals around the clock. In addition, the hotel has an adjacent beach with volleyball courts and beach parties. Through the hotel's diving club we also did diving (with an amazing and patient diving guide named Mohammed) and water sports. The underwater corals are crazy, there's a lot to see, so we gave up Ras Mohammed this time. Every evening there is a screening of a children's film and then an amazing show that changes from night to night. In addition, there is an adjacent shopping center and even a pharmacy and clinic. In short, a perfect vacation and there is no doubt that we will return.

Otel tertemizdi , çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü, odamız çok geniş ve ferahtı. Ayrıca erken chekin ve geç chekout için yardımcı oldular .. resepsiyonun ordan merdivenlerle aşağı indiğiniz de arkada kalan barın kahveleri de gayet başarılıydı

Sevemediğimiz tek şey yemeklerdi , fazla seçenek yoktu ve bizim alıştıgımız damak tadımıza uygun değildi. Sadece tatlılarını beğendik.. ama zaten buna hazırlıklı gitmiştik sonuçta bambaşka bir kültür ve yaşam tarzı ..
