I booked the accommodation for my parents, and as my Dad has mobility problems, I contacted the guesthouse to ask if my Mum and Dad could be accommodated on ground level if possible, and my Mum and Dad were offered amazing accommodation in the courtyard. They really enjoyed their stay, and were even served breakfast in their own room. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, and they were so welcoming and so kind, thankyou so much. Would definitely return again, and can't recommend them high enough.

I was visiting family nearby so did not have a meal at B&B. Accommodation good, owners friendly and helpful. The weather great, Hunstanton lovely in the sunshine.

Lovely and welcoming. The room was well appointed, clean and nicely aired. The shower room was clean, plenty of hot water and the towels were nice and soft.

The location was spot on and Stuart and Maria were lovely people. The wet room was also a good size

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and well-equipped and we were made very welcome by the friendly owner. The location is fantastic - central Hunstanton.

Not the hotel's fault, but the parking is on-street only (free) and we were unable to find a space in the immediate vicinity. This was not a problem for us but is worth considering if you have mobility issues.

Location good and room had all required including en-suite, good tv & fridge with fresh milk

The booking we paid for 30/31.12.2021, 1 night, through Booking website never happened, the accommodation was closed, no one inside and reachable on the phone. Something that supposed to be a surprise retreat trip as a gift from my husband, ended as a complete disaster. We've been conned. My husband used Booking and believed in the good reviews he read about the accommodation. We are longterm customers with Booking and it never happened to us before! I don't think the B&B has the same owners as before, so all good reviews are from this time, 3 months ago but check the latest reviews on this B&B on Google, that's what I should do. Yesterday when I tried check in, the door to the B&B was locked, no door bell to ring, however the sign of it, someone removed it but still the information left to ring the bell to contact the reception. So enable to ring, I knocked to the door several times, after no response I called the phone number provided on Booking confirmation, nothing again, not even answering machine to leave a message. The B&B itself from outside looked like an abandoned house, all light were off, dark rooms, only light in the corridor inside was on. The outside the B&B looked dirty and not like on the photos. Disappointed I had to return back home yesterday. Be aware of being scammed if you do the same mistake and book this accommodation!
