Lovely place. We feedback on mosquitoes and they got the rooms sprayed & prepared insect repellent for 2 rooms. Kids love the private pool

We really enjoyed our stay at The Kiri Villas. because it was our honeymoon. Everything was near perfect ranging from the the guest service, cleaning service and beauty of the property. Although beautiful, the location wasn't near any attractions or supermarkets making it quite difficult to enjoy a nice meal unless you want to try the small street vendors or prepare meals yourself (which we did quite often after visiting Tops). The receptionists speak good English and were nice. There is security 24/7 with plenty of security cameras around the complex. It looks like they are still renovating the building around the pond area so it should be even more enjoyable when they are done (public dining area?). During our last day, we were gifted a beautiful cake because it was our honeymoon. We were so happy that they took the time and effort to remember our special stay there. If you're looking for a more private hotel away from the tourists or noise, then The Kiri Villas Honeymoon Pool Villa is the one for you.

Keep in mind the hotel is located away from major attractions, restaurants and supermarkets so you will either have to take a taxi/Grab or what locals use (Bolt) to these locations. I also feel the villa is a bit overpriced since it's not near any major attractions.

Still in the process of renovation, therefore it’s abit hard to get to reception or get someone from reception to help you out.

The villa was very well equipped with even a smart TV. the breakfast was fantastic. Everything was just great

best pool villa i have ever stayed in, they have every facilities you want, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

unfortunately there was a flood everywhere at that location, but the owner was very helpful they suddenly shifted to me another hotel, and returned my money as well, she was in contact with me for the whole time whether it was night or day, i booked it for 6 nights but only stayed for a night, but it was lovely staying there, the only drawback was the location, it was far from the main attractions. you must rent a car or scooter if you are staying here.

The staff were wonderful and helpful

construction was going on and nobody informed us before hand. We had a villa with private pool but couldnt make use of it because of the construction crew who could look into our pool.There are no facilities as listed on booking.com such as a on site restaurant.

Modern, Bright and clean. Cute private pool, outdoor shower and pretty garden with palm trees. The second time we booked the corner unit, canal 1.

They need to get new kitchen utilities, very old and not for anyone staying a bit longer than we did. Not a single sharp knife, hard to cut even fruits. The bedroom has no tables to place anything on top. Need some power adapters/extenders, as you can't put laptop charger on the wall as it will fall off. We had to charge in the bathroom with some tricks.
