La casa è ubicata nel villaggio turistico di Kal'e Moru, elegante residence costruito lungo la spiaggia di Geremeas, molto curato è immerso nel verde. La splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca, visibile nelle fotografie, è lunga oltre un chilometro. La casa è panoramica sulla spiaggia che si trova ad appena 100 metri di distanza. E' su due livelli: al piano terra c'è un'ampio patio panoramico sul mare, un salone con angolo cottura, una camera con due letti, di cui uno estraibile, e un bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore si trovano una camera da letto matrimoniale che si affaccia su una veranda panoramica anch'essa sulla spiaggia, una camera con due letti e un altro bagno con doccia. La casa è climatizzata.
Sul retro si trova un giardinetto col prato, il barbecue e la doccia esterna con acqua calda.
La casa è dotata di cassaforte a muro.
Nella spiaggia, a 150 metri dalla casa è presente un chiosco - bar dove si possono affittare ombrelloni, pedalò, canoe, gommoni, e si possono consumare panini e pasti veloci.
A 300 metri dalla casa è presente un piccolo market molto fornito, dove tra l'altro frutta e verdure fresche, e ottimi formaggi locali e ottime pizze da asporto o consegna a domicilio. Aperto da giugno a settembre.
Attiguo al market si trova un bar - tabacchi e rivendita giornali.

We very much enjoyed our 2-week-stay. The house was well equipped, in very good condition and super close to the beach. The view from the terrace and the balcony are magnificent.

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa which had all the things we needed to make it comfortable. Mario graciously provided us with a tray of delicious baked goods and wine when we first arrived. We loved the location, close to the beach and the authentic surroundings which made you feel like a local and not a tourist.

Very nice place to chill near the beach. It is terraced, a bit dependent on the neighbours, but most ours were fine.

From the start when Mario showed us round his villa (Mario - grazie mille per le dolci di Sardi!) through to leaving with tans and sand between our toes, we had the perfect beachside holiday.The photos of Marios villa are only part of the story and going there just shows how much more there is to it. The beach is very much only 100 metres away and is super. We went in mid September so we felt we had the hamlet of Geremeas to ourselves which we loved. The scent of jasmine is there when you have your morning coffee on the terrace outside and again in the evening as you eat wonderful Sardinian produce. Bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers are everywhere which make you feel as though you are somewhere tropical.We found that a car was necessary to get around (there is a mini market in Geremeas for basics right next to the great trattoria which provided super morning coffee and evening aperitifs - there are huge Carrefours and Conads around 30-40 mins away either to Villasimius or Cagliari) and there is ample car parking around 50 metres from the villa. The villa is immaculate and entirely charming - you have everything you need for a beach holiday (a huge fridge, gas hob, electric oven, outside washing machine, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms, living/dining area and day dawdling terraces upstairs and on the ground floor (I lost hours reading and watching the view - seeing the sun rise in the morning was addictive viewing).Thank you to Mario for a super stay - we enjoyed every moment!
