Susan and Dave were lovely and very helpful. They made wonderful breakfasts and adapted things for my allergies. The house was lovely and spotlessly clean. We will stay again if we come to Brixham.

Excellent location.
The house was so pretty, clean & friendly.
My single room had everything I needed, super comfy bed. Kettle & mini fridge tea & coffee supplied..
Good variety of breakfast to choose from & cooked food Delicious.
Excellent place to stay to enjoy Brixham & regular bus service to visit the area ..
Not one thing did I dislike..

Attic room was spotless but tiny. After an initial friendly introduction, things took a decidedly uncomfortable turn when, after asking for a jug of milk, I had the temerity to step over the threshhold of the landlord's living room, to say hello to their dog (I'm a dog person) and was swiftly chastised for my actions and told forcefully to remove myself forthwith! Another reason to stay in a hotel, rather than a guesthouse!!!
The landlord's attitude.
