L'accueil exceptionnel du personnel !
Le calme !
La propriété et son magnifique jardin !
La proximité avec la tea Factory !
Seul petit bémol pas de restaurant à proximité, mais on peut manger directement sur place de très bon repas :)

Decent place to stay if you have some work in Coonoor. The caretaker and the lady that comes in to cook are nice. Simple home cooked meals @ Rs. 200 per meal.
Breakfast not included in the tariff. No slippers or other usual amenities like tea coffee making facility provided in deluxe room.

.Excellent location in Coonoor and superbly hospitable host / care taker , comfortable stay in a Pvt bungalow. Exquiste manicured colorful gardens and lawns. the view makes you fell you are in the middle of the jungle
Quality of toiletries is poor , the shower in the room was not working properly

Clean place. Decent location. Tasty breakfast.
Stingy owners. Only place I've been to where they don't provide bottled water. You have to pay for every cup of tea you drink. You pay for breakfast but tea/coffee are extra! Drink 2 cups and pay for both! Very stingy!
