Very modern, clean and a lot of attention has been paid to little details and the use of space. The bed is extremely comfortable.
The hosts are very welcoming and everything was well explained. They live at the property, but the space outside the apartment is exclusively for use by the guests. We never felt that we lacked privacy.
The views over the lake are very beautiful- I could have sat and watched the lake’s ever changing colours all day. It was very peaceful.
The hosts offer bikes to cycle round the lake. This is a very popular activity and the cycle routes are set up well. We didn’t cycle as we had our dogs with us.
This is more of a comment about the location. It is set back from the lake on the highest road and getting to the lake on foot is a little tricky. Some sections are quite steep, so you need to be quite fit if you plan to walk around the local area.

Goede plek met uitzicht op het meer van Annecy met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een klein bezoek. Host ook heel vriendelijk, en helpt je op weg met tips.
Geen grote dingen. De locatie is wel iets uit de stad van Annecy dus er is net wat minder te doen op loopafstand.

Klein-Appartement war sehr wertig eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht, Vermieter freundlich, hat uns mit Restaurant Suche unterstützt, Übergabe/Abgabe hat gut geklappt, die wirklich wichtigen Dinge waren vorhanden, sehr ruhig gelegen
Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt, bei der Ausstattung für den täglichen Gebrauch ( keine Servietten, kein Haushalt-Papier ….) wurde gespart , meiner Meinung nach sollte das bei diesem Preis nicht fehlen
