-Staff not aware we were arriving -Plumbing needs to be updated, water is clogged when taking a bath -No one is answering when calling the receptionist -When leaving, I can’t find one staff to talk to -Staff is confused between bcom booking and ditect booking. They are not sure if I have bfast included or not.

Location was good. Ample parking onsite. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cooking facilities.

A restaurant onsite would have been great as their aren't many close options.
