Perfect apartment for longer stay and visit Northeast Normandy. There were all amenities you need, bed was comfortable and the distance to the old city is just 15 minutes walk. The building is quite new, apartment has nice touch and the parking in the garage is vital, if you drive by car.
Unfortunately the neighborhood is noisy in the evening because of people gathering around the corner. We have earplugs, but without them it would be hard to get asleep. You could feel unsecure at night on the street

It's a very functional apartment. It's perfect for two. There were three of us, and it felt a bit cramped.
A surprise awaited us upon arrival. The apartment wasn't ready. Eventually, we worked it out. They made our bed. But I can't say it's a clean apartment. There's dust on everything, and we washed the dishes ourselves. If the landlord decides to change the cleaner, it would be a good option with a decent income.

"The apartment is very clean, has its own central heating and is located near restaurants and a shopping center. I like this apartment and this area of Rouen, and the host was wonderful!"
