Muy buena ubicación en el centro histórico de la ciudad.

Que no tiene estacionamiento propio, que las tarifas no son claras la plataforma me señal{o un precio y tuve que pagar otro precio al hacer el check in. En el hotel le adjuntaron la responsabilidad de la diferencia a la plataforma.

Es bonito, práctico y el desayuno muy rico

Que dan muy poco papel de baño y en la segunda noche pase frío porque la cama no tenía cobertor solo sábanas.

El personal trata de atenderte bien, pero carece de recursos

No tienen AA, publican que cuentan con estacionamiento en el hotel, pero el estacionamiento está muy retirado, la puerta de la entrada a la habitación es insegura y se ve para el interior y exterior de la misma, no sirvió el wifi es como una posada, o casa de huéspedes, es todo menos una Jr Suite

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, especially the ladies on the morning and late shift reception. The Family suite was nice and spacious.

I had to ring reception most mornings to ask them to turn the hot water on for showering as I was probably the first guest to be up early 07:00. To be fair, the lady in reception told me this when I checked in. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but my peace and quiet was thoroughly ruined by the extremely loud bar across the road blasting music until the early hours. It was impossible to get any sleep.

Nice clean room. Lots of space. King sized bed. Lovely big shower. Great that they had a fan in the room.

Toilet did not flush well. Headboard banged on the wall any time we sat down.

great location. very clean rooms. loved fast wifi in the room.

perhaps that the room’s door is thin and almost transparent. that makes the room colder, light is coming through the room at all times. and there is a bar just in front that can make the night noisy. not their fault. but if you are looking for a dark quiet night to sleep, this may not have your option.

The Deco of the place was awesome, but that's it

They don't offer parking and the parking they suggest you is for extra fee, and they don't have the correct information, they told us that on 24th they would close at 8pm and open the next day at 8am, we went out and coming back they told us they wouldn't open the next day till 26th, and our check out was on 25th, so they said it was a mistake because the manager didn't inform them. Besides that the breakfast is included.... The scrambled eggs don't include anything, IF you want to add something you pay 30 pesos for beans 🙄 they should mention this before. This is not a hotel, I would say it's a hostal or posada. I wouldn't come back or recommend it at all

the rooms are really simple. most of them have to renovate directly. the bed was extremely deep and no comfort at all. the floor was completely destroyed ( most probably by water running for the bathroom). the TV didn’t work a minute during my stay. the WiFi wasn’t poor .. it was simple not working at all. a restaurant opposite to the hotel guarantees a 90% network.

Really nice hotel in San Luis Potosi, we had the family suite and that was really great. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Well located not far away from the city center

Poor wifi. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Our room was above dining room and we heard everything. We could also hear the reception phone.

the hotel does not have any windows in the rooms and there is no ventilation. our rooms were really hot.

The breakfasts were really good. Unlike in most hotels I've stayed in in Mexican city centres, this one was comparatively quite after 11:00. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were cool.
