Wonderful relaxing time spent in this cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hosts are very nice and accommodating! Would highly recommend!

Judy and Peter were wonderful hosts! They were always available when you needed them. Getting access to the home was simple. Beautiful home and I especially loved the kitchen, did a lot of cooking in there. Loved the fireplace and outdoor space as well.

Came with my best friend for a few days away and were so happy with our stay-we were trying to figure out to stay forever! The cottage was incredibly comfortable and sweet, with everything you could need, and was decorated so nicely. The owners were amazing and incredibly attentive. We cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed staying at the cottage around Christmas time. The cottage is elegantly decorated with antiques throughout and full of charm. There is a high attention to the little details that made our stay extra comfortable. Judy was lovely to work with and everything went smoothly. Our kids loved the yard and to explore the surrounding area.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very comfortable (cute, but not TOO cute) and the street is quiet and pretty secluded. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks. Great backyard four lounging around. We did have a little trouble getting in --- the door is controlled by a by an app that you need to download and set up before you arrive. I have an older phone and so it was not working as it should. But the gracious and attentive owners provided keys and so it all worked out.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage nestled on a quiet street near the main road. We were not able to enjoy the outdoors or the beautiful screened porch because it was rainy and cold We really appreciated the two bathrooms because the very small bathroom sink closer to the master bedroom frequently filled up (we used the DRANO which didn’t help much). The check-in process was resolved (the door lock opening/closing app was not working) because the owners were available to remedy the situation. The king-size bed mattress was comfortable. Our recommendations are to stock at least coffee (we never found any) and to clearly designate if the towels hung are clean (some were hastily placed and we weren’t sure). Also, there were towels left in the dryer but we were afraid to use them in case the previous guest mistakenly put the towels in the dryer instead of on the floor (as provided in the instructions). I think during COVID times it is important to somehow let guests know that the towels are freshly cleaned - maybe place them on the dining room table with a “note”? All in all, we enjoyed our visit and thank you!

We had an awesome time at this home! Owners were very responsive to questions and very accommodating . House was very clean and had everything we needed. We took our dogs to Warren Dunes and loved the beach! Would highly recommend this home!

We so enjoyed our stay at Dunedin Cottage. The cottage was perfect for our family with adult children and family dog . We loved the screened porch, beautiful yard and surrounded wooded area. Everything was perfect. We plan to return!

We loved our stay!! Its a good location and a lovely, private backyard. Unfortunately there is no longer a beach 5 minutes down the road, the water is too high and the beach disappeared, but there are a few a very short drive.

Renting the property through HomeAway was easy! The decor of this place was adorable and so many decoration had a functional purpose, making our stay comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. The yard was like a secret garden, complete with a fire pit. We enjoyed a day at Silver Beach in St Joe and hiking in Warren Dunes State Park. The owner was easy to contact when I had questions. I’ve already recommend this place to my sisters and hope to return.

We loved the cottage! It was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed for our week. It was nice to be able to take advantage of the warmer weather days by sitting on the three season porch. The location was within minutes of a number of antique shops and great restaurants.

I stayed for a little under a month. The place is larger then it looks. Very well kept and clean. Modern kitchen appliances. Comfy bed. Quiet location. The owners are reasonable people and easy to get a long with. Cute decor. Someone knows what they are doing! I would definitely stay again.

This house looks small but it is not! It was Perfect for our 2 families that came to relax and take advantage of last days of summer! Comfortable beds (including pull out soafs) well equipped kitchen and large back yard with a deck, grill and bonfire pit. The beach was just minutes away by foot. Highly recommend!

This lovely home truly lived up to its description as a "charming cottage." The cottage was superbly clean, the decor was delightful, the location was perfect, and the setting and scenery was serene. Our group of two couples had plenty of space, both bedrooms had comfy beds and pillows, and we enjoyed using the screen porch as well as the spacious deck. We never did use the fire pit but it had a perfect spot in the yard. It was a slice of paradise only an hour and a half away from our homes.

Headline says it all. Will return!

This darling home was absolute heaven for our family vacation! Soft beds, linens and towels provided, an incredibly well stocked kitchen, in a serene location just up the street from the beach. Judy and Peter were so helpful in answering any questions we had in a very timely manner. Incredibly kind and generous hosts!! Our kids enjoyed playing in the secluded backyard that includes a grill and fire pit. The home itself is open and full of light. So many neat restaurants, shops, and farmers markets nearby. I can't say enough great things about this place or the hosts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you do too!!

We loved the property so quaint and charming. The house had so many features we loved such as the screened in back porch, the eat in dining room next to the kitchen, the gas stove, and the plush king sized bed. The decorating was pretty and inviting, it was perfect for my husband, daughter, son in law , granddaughter and myself. We drove to Saint Joseph’s to spend the day at the beach one day, then warren Dunes another day, and walked to the beach a block or so away the next day. We will definitely come back.

I stayed at the cottage with my family for 3 nights on memorial weekend and I cannot get over what a cute house it is. The house is very charming, very clean and has everything that you could possibly need. The kitchen is also equipped well so you dont need to bring anything. The house is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, with a big yard and nice fireplace. The biggest plus was outside shower when you come back from the beach, you don’t need to go inside to wash off the sand. I would definitely come back again.
