The apartment was nicely furnished and the supplies that were there were useful. We could park right outside, although it was a steep slope!

The website does not make it clear that breakfast is not provided, particularly bearing in mind some of the comments. The proprietor explained that from this year he was not providing breakfast in case he was away. In answer to our question, he said that we could obtain breakfast somewhere locally, but this was not so. It was quite a walk into town. We feel that he (or the cleaner if he is away) could provide a loaf of bread and some yogurts, and that would have been sufficient.

The room is ideal for a couple at best but certainly no more. The host was great and amenable really helpful and insightful.

There was a leak from the ceiling which we weren't told about then one morning completely unannounced a group of tradesmen turned up to fix the roof making all sorts of noise, not a problem. Apart from this was a bank holiday morning, nobody had informed us it was happening and they didn't bother to knock, however did proceed to pull down there pants to arrange themselves outside the window! Their work didn't repair the ceiling! Also the details on the property said breakfast would be in the fridge, not the case, there was cereal left in the cupboards but 7 months out of date.

Location is great, near some leisure fields and great walks. comfortable bed. Great food provisioning with all basics for breakfast and much more.

This is place is amazing, is perfect! The owners are amazing. Will go there again over and over have to travel to UK at least once year for work for 4 weeks, but if I was going to go for personal I would use it as well.

Nothing needed to be better and realistically speaking could not be better either

perfect location for visiting Henley on Thames. Studio fitted out well to cater for all, sofabed unfortunately not very comfortable but main bed was. Owners supply everything you need for a break away from home. Only downside was too much extra food stuff left in cupboard which has been used , it might suit others but not ourselves (breakfast cereals, sauces, gravy, etc spreads) .

I couldn’t operate the TV system. Too many restores and too complicated, even looking at the folder. CDs were supplied but CD player. I don’t know if Blu-ray player plays CDs!

The studio was very well equipped, cosy and with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast provisions were extremely generous. Easy 15 minute walk into town.

Great location, easy access, parking for 2 cars, very comfortable bed, fridge generously stocked, lots of clean towels, good range of glassware and utensils.

The sofa was old and dusty and didn’t seem very clean do not too nice to sit on. The light cable in the bathroom gets trapped every time closing the door and once I was really worried I couldn’t get the door open when I was inside.

The breakfast provided was excellent-we couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were lovely.

It was very cramped for 4 of us and I felt the pictures made it look much bigger. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and some areas could have been cleaner.

Beautiful self contained apartment. Thoughtfully set out with a fully fitted kitchen and white goods. Toiletries and two large sets of towels, bedding, bathrobes and an extremely comfortable king bed all made for a comfortable stay. We only stayed the one night and it meet all our needs, it’s also ideal for longer stays. Cooking your own meals is well provided for with basic condiments, spices, oils etc. Would highly recommend it as only a 15-20 minute walk to the centre and River Thames

Every think you could possibly need for a short stay and a fridge full to the brim of breakfast goodies -more than we could handle, both hot and cold goods. Great host and very close to the river!
