The room was heated to an excruciating 41°. It would not cool down which meant that my family was so uncomfortable.

near the Everland and has shuttle bus service to the MRT station for the Everland shuttle bus. However, the shuttle bus only starts at 11am and finishes in the late afternoon, which do not coordinate with the open and close schedule of the Everland (10am - 22pm)

There is a convenience shop that only opens from 15pm, when the guests are allowed to check in. No luggage carrying to the room service!

Location: close to Everland and Carribian Bay Swimming pool: clean and nice

Bathroom: wish it could've been cleaned better. Water mold, stinky toilet Sliding window and sofa: not cleaned for a long time. Please clean the dust.

It was situated on a mountain slope so scenery was quite good

There was no bath tub. Shower room wasn't big enough.

It's well located to everland resort and the extra bed for my kid was great.

The rooms are pretty dirty. There are a lot of stains on the carpet and on the wall. Stains on the bad sheets and the breakfast was very poor, not many options. It was ok but nothing more than that.

The pool was shallow and nice for our kids. I especially liked the on-site restaurant and staff. Size was larger than expected, and the shower was pretty nice.

The facilities were a little worn. There were some stains on the floor when we came into the room, and the bathroom tiles were wearing off.

The service of the staff was awesome. They were patient and informative. The room was worth the amount of money we paid. The pick up services from Ever Land was so convenient. The food at the restaurant was delicious too. So close to Ever Land.

Room was very clean and the housekeeping was the best.( never seen the house keepers spend 30 minutes to clean the room during the stay) Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds and high pressure shower. Swimming pool was small but clean as well. It is only opened between 11-6 so for the people who are planning to visit Everland, it would not be the great schedule. Wish they had some restrictions for the number of capacity or the length of stay. ( some families stayed entire time of it’s opened) Staffs were very friendly and helpful. There are multiple restaurants around the hotel. We enjoyed Bulgogi place, tofu restaurant and there was Paris Baguette under 5 minutes driving. There was a Thai restaurant serving American breakfast, lunch and dinner and small a convenient store in the property.

Nice location to visit Everland.

The front desk staff was kind but couldn’t explain the location of the room and parking lot efficiently.

The hotel has a good restaurant where we had great breakfast and dinners. It was so convenient that we didn't have to venture far when we were hungry and too tired to travel far. They also had a shuttle service that dropped as off at Jeondae Everland station where an Everland shuttle bus would pick up passengers to take to the park. That was great for us since we don't have a car and booking a cab was a bit of a challenge.

Just that the pool was closed when we were there and was going to open the day we checked out

Property was very well maintained. Parking was convienient. Our room was exactly what we booked, and was clean and comfortable. Western beds with sheets and towels provided.

We could hear the guests above our room walking around.

The surroundings and the buildings are pretty and well-maintained. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Basic supplies are available, breakfast was also available at the restaurant and it was fairly priced. I also loved the location. It was a quick walk to the bus stop and 1 stop away from Everland which was our main destination. I also appreciated the quick check out process and the front desk's acceptance of our request to leave our luggage after we checked out on the second day. We came back for it hours later and it was safe and intact.

Just that we couldn't make use of the AC. I suppose since it's autumn they switched the AC off and only the heater could be operated. I still would have wanted a choice though because we really found the room to be too warm even with the heater turned off. We ended up opening the balcony window. It was fine except that we could smell cigarette smoke from the window during the first night.
