La casa ha una netta atmosfera familiare. Sia che tu sia stato per una partita a golf, una lunga passeggiata lungo la spiaggia o semplicemente un tocco di shopping, troverai la casa estremamente comoda per tornare. Sperimenterai anche le impressionanti viste panoramiche del famoso Links Old Course e della spiaggia di West Sands mentre ti affacci anche sul Ponte Swilcan dalla comodità del divano nel salone.
Idealmente situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di St Andrews, dove sarete immediatamente nel trambusto di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Tutte le parti della città universitaria sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
La casa può ospitare 6 persone in 3 camere doppie, tutte con moderni bagni privati. Vi è una grande cucina a pianta aperta luminosa, sala da pranzo e area salotto ideale per rilassarsi e ammirare il panorama. Ben arredato in tutto, compreso un ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il parcheggio è disponibile per un'auto fuori dalla proprietà.

Perfect for anyone visiting St Andrews. We were are group of golfers and the views of the Old Course are stunning. Wonderful host and home. Will definitely return and stay again.

OK, rent this place, you can see the Swilcan bridge easily from the living room! The hosts were great at answering questions. Very prompt! Very accurate description of the property. We woke up every morning to watching golfers play the old course. Kitchen, showers, garage (for golf gear)… all great…. I hope to rent again in my lifetime.

Our family stayed a week at 1 Links Crescent and we could not have had a better experience. Traveling with young children (ages 6 and 4) can be a stressful experience, but Kerr and Suzanne removed any worries for us. After a long day of travel, they were very accommodating during the check-in process. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed as a family for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to return here as a family and hope to do so in the future. If looking for a place to stay in St. Andrews (whether a family or a golfers' trip), I would look no further than 1 Links Crescent.

The flat overlooks the Old Course so the location was perfect walking distance to everything in St Andrews. The home is beautiful with great amenities — it was great to have separate bathrooms in each room. Kerr and Suzanne were fantastic prior to check-in, helping with finding flowers for our daughter’s graduation, and explaining the check-out / clean guidelines process. From beginning to end our stay was very enjoyable at this beautiful property. We hope to return for a golf trip in the near future!

Beautiful flat with excellent views of the golf course. Well furnished and well located in town. It had everything we needed for a lovely week with our family. The hosts are first class and very responsive . We hope to return again soon.

This is the best home I’ve EVER stayed in, everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were absolutely incredible, the home blew us away and we were extremely sad to leave. You will not be disappointed with top notch service, appliances and details; this is one of the few homes i’ve ever stayed in that is even better in person than in pictures. We will absolutely come back to St.Andrews and stay here again. Best rental home we have ever stayed at and we can’t wait to come back in a few years.

The house is absolutely perfect. Very well furnished and immaculately clean. We had dreadful weather but it was lovely looking across the golf course out to the sea. St Andrews also has much to offer to keep visitors amused. Would definitely recommend.

Our recent stay in St Andrews could not have been better. The accommodation was superb - high quality fittings throughout, cleanliness spotless, location stunning with endless views of the Old Course and sea.

The property was in an excellent location - no expense spared with anything in the property - ie Appliances, furniture, linen, laundry products - I could go on ! - the fact that it had 3 bathroom facilities was excellent as my Mum had her own bedroom downstairs adjacent to myself and my husband and the kids bags the upstairs one out of the way of us nearest to the fridge !! - When we come again next year we would hopefully stay in the same house if the available. Thank you again for a lovely week. Gill and Andy Wilson

We have had a fabulous time in St Andrews but more importantly at 1Links Crescent. The house was everything we thought it would be and more. We never tired of the view and can’t wait to return.
