Felt like our own pied-a-terre in Bordeaux. Cozy, everything functioned well. Great location. Quiet.

The location.
Rooms are not really clean; kitchen is not at all clean including silverware and cooking utensils. There are only one bath towel and one hand towel. There is NO trash bag to use. There is no A/C, not even a portable, room is hot and very uncomfortable, cannot sleep in the night. Windows facing the street allow all noise coming into the room late in the night. We will never go and stay there forever.

Nice flat with good facilities. Excellent central location
We had a wonderful time in Bordeaux. Restaurants and visiting all the sights was amazing.
St Emilion was great. We visited two chateaus and learned a lot about wine.
When we arrived at the flat on the Saturday, the caretaker told us that the wi-fi was down from the day before (Friday).The property owner could have fixed the wi-fi before we arrived. My daughter had work and zoom meetings and it was very inconvenient. We were given a neighbours's wi fi code but unfortunately it didn't work on the computer
The wi-fi was fixed on the Monday, on the third day of our holiday. The holiday would have been perfect apart from the wi fi issues. The tv was also not working. Very disappointed with regards to WiFi.

Very nice and cosy apartment in the heart of Bordeaux downtown located in old authentic building. Very comfortable staying, apartment equipped with everything you need. The host is very attentive and easy communicating
No AC. A bit stuffy after hot day. But there are 2 electric fans there.

Great location, clean, nice,simple furnishings, good shower
Lots of drunk people on the street yelling at 4 am each night. But it is a city, so that's the price you pay The kitchen is tiny with no dishwasher.

Great host, nice apartment, amazing location!
The only issue is lack of aircon - had to keep the windows open which made it too noisy at night!

Perfect location and the hosts were super friendly! The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It is down a very quiet street but only a minute away from bars, restaurants and a few minutes from the closest tram. The sofa bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine.
The apartment above were quite noisy at all hours and the walls are a little thin so they were heard.

Is a beautiful apartment and very comfortable for a couple. Location is great with easy access to transport, restaurants & bars. safe & secure. Host was very friendly & helpful.

Lovely apartment up one flight of stairs in the heart of the old town. Close (ie 5 mins) to trams/buses and a great selection of restaurants. Close (ie 5 min walk) to sights such as Rue St Catherine and Grande Cloche. The apartment is well appointed with lovely windows looking over the quiet cobbled street. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Great heating in the apartment. Washing machine worked well. The bathroom is quite small but OK.
The labels on the washing machine have faded so a little hard to navigate what cycle you need.

We were really pleased with the flat. The location was wonderful. The bedroom was very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed.
We were only given one set of keys, which was a little inconvenient.

great to have someone meet us! half bottle of wine was a nice welcome! the apartment is up an eclectic staircase! leading to a perfect apartment, everything you could need/want! very comfortable bedding! I appreciate the down comforter and the choice between feather or microfiber pillows! Friday night we could hear lively happy noises but not too much! the location was fantastic- super close to everything but a couple blocks away from constant noise! really it was an ideal location for 2 people!
we had the windows open because I like cool air - but we found a few mosquitoes- didn’t expect that

What a well appointed apartment. It was roomy and extremely comfortable. great location. close enough to everything, but relatively quiet area.
no complaints. Maybe a bottle opener could have been supplied, but really, the kitchen was very well equipped. No trouble cooking a proper meal here.

The property is excellent!!!! everything works perfectly, it’s very comfortable, location extraordinary, you have everything close and easy. The apartment it’s clean, clear and cozy!!! The owner is the most patient, kind, polite and helpful person you can imagine!!! I hope to have another opportunity to go back to Bordeaux and stay at this apartment!!!!

Excellent location, 5-10 minute walking distance to many points of interest, restaurants, shopping. Property in fantastic condition. All amenities worked properly.
The only complaint is not being able to keep the windows open at night due to the noisy neighborhood.

Central location. A clean and spacious apartment, which had everything we required for a short city break. Owners were friendly and helpful; we really appreciated them going out of their way to give us early access to the property. The wine was also a thoughtful touch.
A personal preference I know but we would have preferred non - feather pillows and duvet.

Location of the apartment was strategic, in the center of the city.
Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable (mattress wasn't thick enough for a comfortable sleep)

could do with new cutlery ,utensils and towels which were old and replacements would have just added to the overall quality .Also plug or bowl for the sink to aid washing up
