The apartment is very clean with a lovely kitchen and dining area and a spacious and comfortable bedroom. It was also very nice to have breakfast and meals at an outdoor table or read on a bench outside the apartment. The WI-FI signal is strong in the entire apartment. The swimming pool is very clean and the surrounding area (inside the property as well as outside) is beautiful. You can see a wonderful sunset while eating in your kitchen as well as from the outside table. From the road to get to the agriturismo you can enjoy gorgeous views of Assisi and the countryside. It takes about 10 min. by car to reach the center of Assisi. Being up on a hill, having a nice swimming pool and air conditioning in the entire apartment made us survive an extreme heat wave! Andrea runs the place impeccably, everything is well kept and clean, you can reach him at any time and always get a prompt reply. He goes above and beyond to make your vacation pleasant and special. He treated us with a wonderful welcoming first breakfast (with brioches and a very tasty homemade cake and also “fette biscottate” with their excellent honey!!) and fresh brioches the day we left. He was also very helpful with information on where to go, what to see and where to eat. We couldn’t have had a better treatment.

A screen at the windows could be a nice addition, although strangely there were no mosquitoes!

peaceful place. Nice pool.

This was the best B&B we have ever stay at. Andrea was so accomidating and welcoming. The house, though a bit of a drive from Assisi, was beautiful, and in such a quiet and beautiful part of the area. We loved the seclusion.

The bed was uncomfortable.
