What a nice condo! Great location, great view of the golf course, very clean, comfy couch for hanging out, multiple eating spaces for our group. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was great size for our group of 10. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had was the sleeper soaf in the upstairs loft was actually just a futon which was uncomfortable for my 16yo son. If we would have known it was a futon we would've brought an air mattress for him. The baby gate available for the stairs was great to have though as my 17mo deceided she wanted to learn to climb stairs while on vacation. Definatly some place we would stay again.

Comfortable beds and furniture. Had everything we needed. There was a snag with the checkin process but got it resolved. The swimming pool was very dirty at the complex but the weather was extremely hot so it could have been from that.

The property was perfect for our family of 6. The property was spacious and in a perfect location. Highly recommend.

Needs updated soooooo bad! Floor feels like your gonna fall through and everything was very low like sinks shower heads toilets. Stains in carpet. Size was great!!! But needs serious work

Although the communication in the beginning was a little difficult, it did improve prior to our stay. The condo was exactly as stated and the amenities were great. We appreciated the restaurant on the property (within walking distance if you don't mind a small hill) as well as the pool being nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

It started out rough with no direction given on the check in process and no access instructions ( I guess I should have asked before arriving but assumed they would be given to me by the condo association). So, after some stressful messaging on the app….no phone number either. I was given the lockbox code and able to access the home.
After entering we forgot all about the issues as the property was much nicer then the photos, clean, and huge. It easily slept the 8 of us with plenty of personal space when needed. The pool and restaurant were close and it was also an easy drive to most anything. We would definitely stay there again but do a better job of making sure I had all of the check in info in advance!!

We loved our stay!! Condo was perfect size, very roomy, the location is perfect!! We enjoyed the outdoor pool. It felt like we were at a resort. We hope to stay here again!!

Great Location but Required Cleanup
We enjoyed the private balcony and this was a nicer condo than pictures showed. I do however think since we paid a cleaning fee that asking us to take out all the trash to the dumpster, wash the dishes and wash all the dirty towels was distasteful and rude. We paid to be on vacation.

We were very happy with the condo. The pictures do not do this place justice, there is so much space. It's located just down from the pool, you can watch golf from the deck( just watch for golf balls flying at you). The only negative is that it did get very warm upstairs, however we were there when temps outside were so high that there was heat warnings. There was fans in every room and that did help with the temps upstair. All of us truly liked this condo, and all agree would would stay here again.

We enjoyed four nights at this property in Branson. It actually looked a lot nicer in person than in the photos. Looked recently updated, with nice countertops and floors. There was plenty of room for all of us (6 adults and 3 kids). The only complaints we might have are short stools (too low for the old folks) and the TVs were a bit hard to figure out. Plus, the freezer didn't seem to work super great. Other than that, it was fantastic. The grounds and pools were awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice
We were very happy with the condo. The pictures do not do this place justice, there is so much space. This to me was more like a hotel. When you get a bnb you expect there to be hand soap and to and paper towels and trash bags. More than just enough to get you started.

This to me was more like a hotel. When you get a bnb you expect there to be hand soap and to and paper towels and trash bags. More than just enough to get you started.

The property has been recently updated inside. It is an older structure, but they have made it really nice on the inside. The heat & air is Google Nest & was a little hard to keep constant. There were 3 older coffee pots, and none of them worked well. There was sufficient amounts of paper goods, towels & cleaning supplies,( to start the leaving laundry & several loads of dishes). Overall, it was a pleasant stay & a nice first veto for us.
