The apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet area, in a residence with a large garden and swimming pool, in a strategic position between the spa and the lake. It consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room, where there is a double sofa bed for any two extra beds. Two bedrooms with double beds and living room with double sofa bed. Both double bedrooms overlook the Lugana vineyards. The apartment has been renovated in spring 2017 and all the furniture is new.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber, Einrichtung neu und hochwertig. Gino der Vermieter ist super nett und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, hat sogar extra noch ein 5 Fahrrad besorgt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Gino hat uns sogar auf Wunsch einen kleinen Grill zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Anlage und der Pool ist sehr sauber.
Bis zum See sind es ca. 800m, bis in die Altstadt von Sirmione ca. 3,5 km und gut mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus zu erreichen!
Danke Gino für einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Gardasee!!!

Apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Everthing is in very good condition ! The landlords are extremely friendly and very welcoming!

The pool is huge and very clean. The apartment has access to own 2 car underground parking spaces. And even 3 bicycles we can use.
All in all a great holiday in a great apartment !!

Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Double box garage. Good size pool. Ginos apartment meet all you need for a holiday stay. But better to bring your own bath towel, because they rent low quality one. And try to stay inside in the evening to avoid numbers mosquitos.
