The buffet at the lunch was exelent...

1 rooms had no water, 2 room got a bad smeel from the bathroom. + shower low hot water. shower glass nead repear. The hot BF was ok, cold side not much options. very ofen no brown bread available after 8h30 am. one jam for all the customers, no cheese.. some receptionist and staffs wasn't great at all. the manager from the restaurant was great. Pool : can t swim before 11 am why? towels extras cost? TV not working properly no much channels. couldnt open the big windows. when rain the terrase was floaded

I was staying for one night between Volcanoes national park and Nyungwe so I needed somewhere to relax. However there was loud music by the pool all day and in to the night which I could clearly hear in my room with the door shut which meant I couldn't relax at all

I appreciated that the hotel had a driver to receive me at 3:00 am from the airport without a charge. The ride to and from the airport is free. The individual was on time, and my ride to the hotel was smooth. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessities for comfort. Moreover, I loved the breakfast! (included). As a non-meat eater, I was happy to see food items to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also liked the property and location. The property has nicely manicured lawns and a vast picture-postcard landscape view. It rained at times, which added a romantic feel to the place. The major attractions in Kigali are not too far from the hotel. The hotel helped with reserving a car to the attractions. The fee was quite reasonable. While the Rwandan Franc is the currency, the American dollar was accepted. I found the staff members I interacted with to be welcoming and accommodating. However, I want to acknowledge Yves, Arnold, and Gason. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay.

They have amazing facilities in terms of the rooms and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a proper on in terms of length and depth. The food options are also great. I enjoyed their breakfast.

Their internet was awful. It was intermittent or extremely slow. Also had issues with my initial room. The inside lock wasn't working so I was moved to another one. However the second one had issues with the shower which wasnt working. So I moved between the rooms to take a shower.

Everything worked out fine, airport shuttle service is a big plus. I would say excellent value for money with a very convenient location (close to the airport). Breakfast was very nice, great coffee/cappuccino!

Next time we would choose a room with garden view instead of city view.

You should put coffee in rooms and humidifier since there is no air conditioners. Also the conference facilities such as chairs are not good for health.

The view is breathtaking! A big busstation and boda collecting area is just nearby. Very good breakfast!

It was a bit confusing with the rooms on the beginning but the staff found a good solution

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the pick up from Airport was very punctual and efficient.

There is need to put Air Conditioning in the room and also improve the capacity of the wifi

Some of the front desk guys were very unprofessional. I booked for a room for 2 adults and 1 had to argue with them to let my fiancee in. And this happened several times. The front desk clerks were very rude. These were 2 males working evening shift. The first day I came they said we don'tallow visitors yet I booked for 2 adults. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to stay there. Housekeeping was very good. I wanted to bring it up to management but the other guy said he was the manager.. I was not happy with the front desk, especially 2 males working evening shift from the 30th of April.

Food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Abdul was super nice even assisted with late check out
