Mare Ayia Napa

We were upgraded to a room closer to the beach and pool area, which made getting around effortless. The entire property is consistently clean and well-maintained. While the gym is small, it has almost everything needed for a complete workout. The beach right in front of the hotel is only about 30 meters to the shoreline. The water is calm and not deep, making it ideal and safe for kids to play and swim. Dining at the Mediterranean restaurant was a highlight, thanks largely to Adamos, who was a fantastic host. The food was excellent, and the menu offered great options for kids that made family meals easy.

I would consider adding more coffee machines in the breakfast hall, lines got long in peak hours.

Amazing food, location and facilities. Wonderful splash park for the kids. Pools were beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Cutest cats around the property - my kids loved it! Very child friendly. Lots of options of restaurants - Nico is a MUST! Best pasta and pizza ever! Grounds well maintained and absolutely beautiful beach!

Our television didn’t work in our bedroom. Our room was right by a rubbish dump/recycling area? It was so noisy with a terrible view. We asked reception a few times if we could move rooms, they said they’d get back to us, but never did. The lifeguard at splash park was on his cell phone the whole time - lives could have been at risk. No USBC ports in the room to charge devices, only USB. Shower design flooded bathroom a bit, as there was no curtain and the shower was in the bath.

Very nice breakfast with big variety, freshly baked and nicely presented

nothing

The breakfast was generally fine, and the hotel is located in a beautiful and impressive area, close to some very nice beaches. And the hotel has its own pleasant beach.

Our main disappointment was the room allocation. We booked few months in advance and contacted the hotel several times, clearly explaining that we were a family with four children and needed our two rooms to be close together. Although the hotel confirmed that our request had been noted, we were given rooms very far apart. For a family with young children, this was extremely inconvenient and had a significant negative impact on our stay. Since the resort is very large and spread over a wide area, the distance between the rooms made things even worse. Families booking more than one room should be aware that this can seriously affect the experience. A beautiful hotel in a great location, our overall experience was disappointing and did not justify the price
