the area was nice the town was beautiful good time in the town i will stay again at the hotel if and when i go back to the same town

perfect location and the hotel and grounds were nice and modern.

our room have a locking sound through the walls. hotel is still going through construction.

Everything was amazing. Super easy check in and check out. Room and bathroom were very very clean (thank you Guadalupe!) and the woman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly! 10/10 would definitely come back

Very centrally located and in a really fun area if you like strolling around on a nice day and do some beer/wine tasting. The room looked newly renovated. The floors were clean, the bed was comfy and the blanket was really nice and soft The entry is by pin number and never had to make contact with anyone

Nothing really to dislike. I did notice that the astro turf was taken off and was rolled. So the front of the property was dirt. If it was in place, I'm sure it would have looked really nice. Either way if you are in Solvang, you likely will not spend much time on the property anyway

It was clean and in a great location of the town. They offer contactless check in and out which made things very simple.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

That’s he property was within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops; we didn’t have to drive anywhere and there was a mini mart right across the street. It looks like the place is being remodeled. Apparently the exterior has already been significantly upgraded as it looks modern in comparison to the interior of the rooms. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and the rooms had properly working mini-refrigerators, heaters and microwaves.

I really have no complaints, I would only say that the aesthetic of the interior of the rooms needs a lot of help. But it looks like hotel management is working on that. The bedding had been upgraded, but the dresser, curtains and wallpaper are a little dated. This was not an issue though, the room was very comfortable.

Very cute and super clean motel within easy walking to all the great spots in Solvang. Very dog friendly with nice outside yards. Staff very helpful. Bed was great!

Just a couple suggestions. Clothes hooks would be great. Bathroom fan. Microwave would really be nice. Outside trash can. These would just make a nice stay even nicer!

- friendly staff - great location right in the middle of Solvang - comfortable bed with a nice blanket - new chairs and a table in the room - outdoor patio (shared) - windows on both sides of the room

- the building is severely outdated and therefore has basically no insulation - you will hear everything, EVERYTHING from the guests in the adjacent room (we woke up several times during the night) - fan in the bathroom did not work, fridge was noisy - managers mention that renovations are ongoing, however, one gets the distinct feeling that there is nothing to salvage from this old structure - 107 dollars per night in this current state of the motel is outrageous

Visibly clean and the bed was made out nicely. The bed and the bedding was very comfortable. Even though I didn't come with a dog I'm always glad when there are places that accept pets.

The toilet kept making a loud noise every five minutes

Nice location at the beginning of main section of town. Easy walking to lots of attractions and restaurants.

Only complaint was light in entrance hallway not working.

I’m going to preface this with that they are in the process of remodeling but the room was terrible and expensive. For over $200 per night it should have been cleaner & not had a view of ladders & buckets outside the only window. There was a tray on top of the mini fridge in the closet that was covered with ants. The desk person dropped off a can of ant spray and I took the tray outside of the room. I also let her know how disappointing the room was in general. She contacted the owner right away and they offered to either give me a discount or let me cancel the second night. It was late afternoon on a Saturday & I didn’t think we would be able to find another place so I canceled for the second night. I did not get a discount for the one night we stayed. I hope they let future guests know in advance the condition of the property as they remodel and adjust their prices accordingly. I have stayed at nicer places for much less money. The other rooms may have been nice but this room was not.
