Fantastic sized room, very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed at this property from the 18th to the 22nd of February 2026.
Exceptional Staff and the hotel was very good. Special mention to the Front Office staff Alee, Anita and Reina who went out of their way to make us comfortable.
The room assigned to us was huge and comfortable.
It was a pleasure staying at this property and we returned to stay with them again from 01/03/2026 to 03/03/2026.
Would stay again.
The cleanliness of the bathroom and the toilet could have been better. Requires better maintenance.

Excellent hotel restaurant (located across the street)
Large, comfortable room
Hotel location was NOT good. Pha That Luang was a short walk away. However, travel to all other sites without a private vehicle proved problematic.
Transportation (taxi, tuk-tuk, etc.) was not readily available. Be prepared to wait an hour or more for your ride to arrive.
Despite what is stated by multiple sites--including the hotel's own website--there is NO free airport shuttle.
