Hotel Flora Parc

Breakfast, most staff was friendly, the quiet location. It was easy to travel by public transport from the hotel to the centre of Barcelona. LOLI (Spanish waitress) who helps customers with their breakfast was an absolute star, very friendly, helpful and warm and I believe she would jtotally deserve a promotion. Also the woman who cleaned my room on the 4th floor was really great and so friendly. Please make sure you promote the staff who deserves it to increase repeat customers and increase the rating.

One of the staff members serving breakfast wasn't friendly and seemed a bit bothered (not sure about her name) I understand how the job is stressful though and probably not even well paid, so I wasn't expecting a five star service either.

Flora Park is perfectly located. Close to the mall and public transportation. Breakfast are very abundant. We enjoyed the pool a couple of days.

Great location, great breakfast. Very convenient

The staff are very friendly and nice. They even lend us an adapter for our charger as we have US chargers. They called taxi for us and made sure that their restaurant would still serve us dinner as we arrived very late at night from the US and my kids were very hungry already. To all the staff, especially the night of May 17, 2025 thank you so much.

It was a long way from the cruise port like around €50-60. The beds are not that comfortable, just okay. Elevators are small and slow.
