Chambre très confortable et propre.
Idéalement situé.

Location was excellent as it was close to the station for connecting to Nice airport and the shopping centre.
Breakfast delivered to our room was rather nice as the breakfast room was not available. However there was no choice or variety e.g. rolls and croissants with jam and butter, coffee and juice.
Having to ask for a kettle and cups and saucers. As we were staying for a week we expected them to be in the room. Having to pay one of the cleaners to do our washing as she said the hotel didn’t provide this service.

The shutters on the windows were incredible- I slept the longest I have in years!
Location was great! Lift for my heavy bag too :)
I asked a staff member about a local gym.
They said they would get back to me and didn’t, then seemed disinterested! the other staff were great though!

Good location - close to the beach and the port

The room was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated. There is no dining room but a very nice, generously portioned continental breakfast can be served in your room. There is an extra, reasonable, charge for this. The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to the casino and seaside promenade. In spite of its central location, my room was very quiet. I'm looking forward to next year's stay.

Room with balcony was very nice. Rooms were clean and hotel looked recently renavated, at least on our floor.
Our location was fantastic, close to the parade route, shopping and great restaurants in the area. Close to train depot, bus stops etc. Centrally located for the Citrus Festival. Although we didn't use it, the hotel does have parking.
Staff was helpful, polite and accomodating
No breakfast area. Continental Breakfast was $17.00E per person for breads, coffee and juice, not meats or cheese.
Room was bright and clean but did not have a coffee maker or bottled water offered for the price paid.

the room looks old and the air-conditioning is not working very well, not able to cool the room even in Feb. I need to open the window

It is clear that the management and staff take great pride in this hotel. It is incredibly well maintained, clean, professional and comfortable. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel Chambord is centrally located overlooking the main avenue, and we watched the preparations for Menton's citrus festival in a couple of weeks.
The heating was a bit hard to control and the room became too warm for us at times

the hotel was in a very good location, we had a balcony and the bed was very comfortable! also, the staff was nice and friendly.

The cleaning staff was very nice and brought me a coffee to my room each morning.

Good location comfortable room although a bit small
It lacked facilities apart from a basic breakfast served in your room. It could have done with a bar or restaurant. Because of this I think it was over priced. This was a last minute booking I could have got a better deal if I had been more organised

amazing welcome from the staff ! very practical location ! bathroom was fully redone !
the bedroom was old in style and had a view onto nothing even though it was a “superior room”. garden furniture terrible and not to the standard of the entrance !
