L'emplacement et la chambre correspondait à nos attentes. Le déjeuner était bon et varié. La vue de l'hôtel était très sympa.

On entendait les basses de la musique de la boite de nuit située à côté. Etant sensible au bruit, c'était assez dérangeant. Par contre, il n'y avait pas d'autres nuisances liées au dancing.

there was an amazing kids room with full of toys. our 2 year old daughter spent time when we had breakfast.

since the hotel is quite old, the handle of the doors were broken. but the overall was fine

The central location

It seemed like a mixture of a family home , small children’s stuff everywhere , lots of clutter all over the hallways , and it was like a fawlty towers on speed .. signs outside for a nightclub , then some strange Lord Tillingdon restaurant which just doesn’t fit with Lugano . Sloppy spray painting everywhere .. and it’s a pity as the location is wonderful and if a good hotel inspector and interior designer came in it could be great. Very old fashioned bedrooms, with old VCR under television in bedroom .. went out of date 20 years ago . A cupboard with minibar written on it but just a blank space when you opened the door . A lot of posters of children stuck to pillars and posts .. private stuff . Just off the wall! Sorry but that was what we got .

The hotel is rather old. It very much needs renovation. ACs don't work. Receptionist is nice, helpful and friendly
