NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Alejandro at reception, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful with our large family. His support made our check‑in and overall stay so much smoother. Also they were able to keep our luggage even after we checked out due to our late fight which was helpful! The breakfast was amazing — plenty of options and great quality. I was especially happy to see milk alternatives like soya and oat milk, which made the experience even better. Our room was spacious and well equipped with lots of amenities. I loved the bathrobe and slippers, a really nice touch that made the stay feel more comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect: right next to the train station and only a 10‑minute walk from major attractions. There’s also a supermarket right beside the hotel, which was incredibly convenient for a family trip. Overall, a fantastic stay — great service, great comfort, and great location.

Location and spacious rooms

Nothing

Il soggiorno presso questo hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. Il personale è molto gentile, le camere spaziose, moderne e pulite, la colazione ricca e variegata. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri!

The breakfast was good apart from the fruit which was tasteless and old. It's a shame that the staff were overbearing, constantly removing plates from the table, it was very invasive.

The floor of the bedroom was dirty. The rooms are not soundproof at all.
