Petit déjeuner buffet, bien garni, servi dans la partie bar par du personnel trés aimable et attentionné (Demande d'œufs frits et bacons bien grillés satisfaite avec le sourire ...ce n'est pas le cas partout) Le personnel de la réception a été à l'écoute de nos demandes particulières et a fait le nécessaire pour que nous soyons satisfaits. Bravo. L'emplacement d'APPARTHOTEL AUGUSTA est idéal pour ceux qui veulent visiter BARCELONE et se sortir de la foule en soirée. La place MOLINA à 100 m de l'établissement, posséde plusieurs restaurants et cafés fréquentés par les barcelonnais, ce qui nous a permis de communiquer avec les habitants. Nous étions à l'écart du surtourisme ...quel bonheur!

Prima ruime en nette kamer/appartement.
Goede douche met harde straal.
Groot balkon.
Metro en bus om de hoek. Bakker, Winkels en restaurants heel dichtbij
Geen fietsenstalling/berging voor gehuurde e-bikes.
TV heeft vrijwel geen Engelstalige zenders.
Persoonlijk heb ik liever een apart toilet, buiten de badkamer.
Airco capaciteit is beperkt (gelimiteerd) en vrij veel geluid.
Ligging iets verder van het toeristisch centrum (>30min lopen) maar met OV goed en snel bereikbaar.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.Das Appartment war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Besonders der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
Schade fanden wir, dass kein einziger deutscher Sender im Fernsehen einzustellen war.
Und als wir kurz nach 9Uhr zum Frühstück kamen, war das Buffet leider nur noch sehr übersichtlich bestückt

The hotel is great from the point of view of location, staff, facilities. The staff were very helpful and prompt to our requests. The amenities seemed quite new. The apartment furniture and appliances also seemed new. The hotel is pretty close to Park Guell (half an hour on foot) and there is a very good supermarket nearby, so you can buy everything you need.
The bathroom was rather cramped and there was no window and since we were 4, after all of us took a shower, the bathroom was full of water and steam and the fan couldn't handle it. Also, one of the rooms faced the street and the window was very thin, you could hear everything going on outside.

Espaçoso apart hotel no bairro de Gracia.
É um pouco mais longe do que eu imaginava da estação de metrô mais próxima, a Fontana. Recomendo para quem já conhece Barcelona. A internet praticamente não funciona.

Vše čisté, každý den úklid a výměna ručníků, základní vybavení v kuchyni pro nás dostačující. Moc pěkný apartmán a veliká terasa.

The hotel was very good, clean and tidy. We were received nicely. The room had everything you need and there is a good cleaning service every day.
Unfortunately I ran into logistical problems ordering taxis (the hotel is not so much to blame for them). Taxis were ordered through the hotel and did not arrive. The first time it caused us to miss a guided tour which cost a lot of money and the other times because I learned a lesson when the taxi didn't arrive or they announced a delay we went out to a nearby street to catch another taxi.
In addition, the building opposite is currently being renovated, so sitting on the balcony that was right next to the noise and eating breakfast was a not so pleasant and noisy experience.

Amplo, limpo, ótimas instalações, localização perfeita, junto ao metrô e estações de bicicletas. Adorei
O único problema foi o microondas. No 2º dia, notamos que o microondas não funcionava, quando solicitei o conserto, me avisaram que já sabiam do problema mas,como era domingo, só conseguiriam resolver no dia seguinte. Ora, se sabiam do problema, porque me disponibilizaram o apartamento e não avisaram nada?

Calm and quiet neigbourhood. Underground station is near to the hotel. Cleanliness of all hotel and in the room.
Suprinsigly, the hotel charged a deposit, which was not mentioned in the announcement on Booking web and in any message from the hotel after booking.

Apartment and facilities are nice, we enjoyed our stay. Downstairs you have the restaurant and bar, also many cafes, grocery stores nearby.
There are a few stairs at the ground floor to reach the lift. So one would carry the stroller up and down if already attached to baby. else bring stroller folded to the entrance.

The location was perfect for our trip. Excellent connections with public transportation. The apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen is a bit small but did not intend to cook. Bars and supermarkets very close.
The apartment was very dark. And it is quite loud from via Augusta. Additionally there were constructions going on right in front of the hotel - but that is just temporarily. Deposit was to be given in cash which I found very strange. And the lady at check-in was not friendly she jept speaking English with me although I speak Spanish. At the check out she was more friendly

Absolutely secure place in posh-Barcelona ; easy access to any major BCN-attractions with little traffic in this part of town. The appartment is very clean and has all amenities for short-duration stay, very comfy.
Like any/most/every place in Barcelona, expect street noise (even on the 6th floor!) => come prepared: when we travel down to Barcelona we always pack earplugs. It does the trick.

It was clean room, beds was comfortable, we had clean towels every day, good location very close to the metro . takes about 10 minutes to get to Catalonia on the metro.
No sugar, coffee or tea bags.

closely located to the train stations
Air conditioning was not working properly and have to request several time to set it up. No extra bed sheets or pillows provided, we booked for three persons and everything has to be requested, Could improve a lot on hospitality thinking about the guest’s need in advance.
