Great location if you like to be away from the city center but not too far away. Just enough to walk there.
Coffee and water facilities available all the time.
Breakfast was very delicious! A highlight for me!
Staff were not always available for questions but not the biggest deal.

What a joy to stay here! The Queen room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!
Breakfast was tasty, with scrambled eggs and bacon making it very tasty!
Coffee available 24/7, which I loved!
About a 15 minute walk into the town center.
Rarely saw staff behind reception but that’s fine. They had a bell available if needed.

I had problems checking in. Eventually, I found the chat, and someone helped me. No one answered the phone, in spite me waiting two times ten minues for an answer.

The kitchen for guests was a good find as we were traveling with perishable food items. Also the lounge area seemed like it could be a nice area to be in if staying inside. There was no extra fee for our pet, so that was good. Generally, everything was clean and tidy if not very up-to-date.
If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay while visiting Umeå, don't care about amenities other than a bed and shower, this is the place for you. It felt more like a good motel than a hotel; reception desk was empty or closed most of the time. Rooms were dimly lit.
