The location, the shuttle service to and from the airport and the very accommodating staff!!
I stayed in an ordinary room and a big difference in amenities with your quite expensive rooms…

Very noisy around our room. Bath was old and crusty. Shower only had two temperatures, hot or cold

Convieance of location for flying out early morning of airport and shuttle bus running 24hrs room pretty simple great location walk to the shops.
Bit pricey on the breakfast box but will admit Im glad I got it because airport facilities for any food was big lineups that early in the morning so I'm glad I got something . Bathroom dated ,Shower over a bath did not see on any photos if I knew would have booked elsewhere .

Fabulous hotel, this was our second stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely. The rooms are clean and of good size with great facilities. The restaurant serves great food. Handy to the Antarctic Centre and local shops and a short walk from Christchurch Airport. We were able to rest and felt revitalised from our short stay. Would be delighted to stay there again and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Plenty of room, bathroom clean and everything I needed. Clock working which was good as I was coming from a different time zone. Tv easy to operate for me as an 83year old

The room was lovely and clean and most of all the bed was amazing. It was close to the airport so we decided to walk rather than use the free bus - footpath all the way so very easy approx 5mins walk. The restaurant cooked amazing food and a reasonable price, we ate there both nights we stayed. Staff were also very lovely and helpful. High recommend

Excellent location and a good size room with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was very good and staff very accommodating. Very quick service when we requested the shuttle service to the terminal.
