We had a fantastic stay. The massage chair in our room was an incredible experience. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel has an excellent location, just about a 5-minute walk to Gion Station, which makes it very convenient for getting around.
The room was okay and the size was acceptable. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough.
However, the staff were not very helpful or welcoming. When I asked for a disposable mask, they simply said they did not have one. The service could definitely be warmer and more friendly.

Reception staff and housekeeper were friendly and doing their job well. Pleasant hotel and room atmosphere.
