The house is surrounded by a garden and a pine grove as well as a stunning view on the Umbria countryside. Adjacent to the house there is a covered alfresco dining area as well as a private swimming pool nicely furnished with lounge chairs for sun or shade.

The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance area, a living room with the fireplace, TV and a modern sofa, a large kitchen with a table that can host 14 persons. Garden and covered alfresco dining can also be accessed from this area. On the ground floor there are also 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath.
The first floor is composed of a living room with brown leather sofas, a beautiful open fireplace, an open kitchen and a dining table for up to 10 guests.
