Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and filling. The bus stop right outside and directly across the road with regular services to the city centre was a real advantage as we were able to leave the car at the hotel when we went to town. Easy access to the ring road was a bonus making trips to Portobello and other peripheral destinations very easy.

Great location on route 31 bus x3 per hour to edinburgh all day till late great. The girl working there was very friendly.
Small room had 2 single beds + wardrobe . No carpet no chair no table and electric points at floor level . Basic no frills at all. As a single room could be nice . To open window had to jump up on bed ..room too small.
