We love the room with the spa, and have stayed several times. Everything about the room is comfortable and cosy. Great value for money. The pool is nice too.
Nothing.

The privacy and quietness of the location. Electric blanket, good curtain block out for light. Could hear the birds of a mooring in the garden Lovely people can stay with their pets
The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Worried other guests would be woken up. Just need a few more cutlery items - only 1 teaspoon, 2 cups, 4 glasses. Have a small fridge, microwave, would be nice to have 2 bowls, plates & spoons for easy breakfast, Main entrance door needs checking re closing securely.

Check in was easy, location good. Room was clean
Motel needs maintenance and renovation
It is very dated. bathroom Tiles were cracked, shower base cracked, furniture not in great condition. Walls very thin - could hear the baby next door one night, and the next night there was a noisy group having drinks in their room until after 11pm.

"Our room was spacious, lovely, and spotlessly clean, in a quiet Ballarat spot close to shops and takeaway restaurants. Good value for money.
This trip we were in our Kia Sorento and it was perfectly ..."
