Hotel Noir

They contacted me immediately after the booking to finalize the details, and we received friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the hotel kindly provided luggage storage, so we could start sightseeing and enjoying Prague right away. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and overall, the hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The location is easy to reach, including by public transport, while the rooms are still quiet and comfortable. We had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

The number of tables in the breakfast area seemed a bit low, but we didn't really have any issues because of it.

The staff was nice, polite and helpful 👍, we also appreciated the breakfast, and the large bathroom. Good coffee! The AC was necessary (summer) and efficient. We liked the inner garden—a secluded, quiet spot to enjoy a drink, a snack, or just relax and have a good time.

It is about the comfort of the room. There were no hangers at the entrance and no wardrobe in the room, just a niche with a clothes rail between the bedroom and the bathroom. The storage space around the washbasin is very small; we used a shelf above the bathtub.

Very limited choice for breakfast, especially for fruits and bread. The breakfast room is very small and cannot allocate more than 5-6 rooms at the same time. Staff in kitchen cannot say a word in English :-(! In general, hospitality is very bad in Prague.

Breakfast. No training facilities nor bar/restaurant available. How can be possibly this hotel be rated with 4 stars without any kind of service except for providing rooms? The first room we got on the top floor was very warm and had only roof windows without any day light. And it didn't correspond to the description when we booked. We got to change room but we had to push for that. I would have left the hotel otherwise.
