Sewage smell in bathroom, noisy in the apartment because it was right next to the very busy boulevard, noise from the cars/traffic all night long. In rest, all good and nice.

The property is close to the city center and it was very clean

I asked if the landlord can tell me maybe where is the AC remote cause it was very cold. The landlord told me that she dosen’t understand why do I want heating if there is already hot water which is mean cause i was very cold the whole stay. The second problem was that the landlord entered my room without permission. She called me and I didn’t answer cause i didn’t see my phone calling and after 1h she just entered my apartament. That is very bad!

Very good location, especially good value for money and the host was very communicative and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and close to city centre , good value for money if you are travelling as a group /family . The host was very helpful ,sending photos of the front of the property and of the parking space for an easy check . check in /out very easy .

The apartment is on the third floor with no lift . if you carry heavy luggages be aware . The hallways of the building are full of building materials , wardrobes and other things . The windows have no curtains or blinds and that affects the morning sleep ( the blinds were broken ) The shower was blocked and the shower tray is filling up pretty quick with water . The apartment is situated on a busy street with a lot of noisy traffic which will affect your sleep ( traffic late on the night and very early in the morning . Very late check in ( 4 pm ) and very early check out (11 am )

The host was very responsive and polite, the property was very clean and the size of it was perfect for a 2-3 nights stay. Getting the keys was very easy and communication went smooth. Location wise it was good if you want to walk to the city center or to the mall.

First night we didn't have internet, but the host responded very quickly on WhatsApp and fixed it the next day. Since the budget apartment is basically the attic, it was very cold (even with 2 radiators that were on) and very noisy. Pack slippers if you don't want to have your feet frozen and if you're not traveling in summer. The second evening, some loud and drunk guests that were making noise all day, burst into our apartment (which we forgot to close - our mistake) having mistaken it for their accommodation.

Great location. Very safe. Walkable distance to central area. Host is communicative and answers questions swiftly via WhatsApp. The suite I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, very clean, very spacious, great decor, and had all the ammenities. The house number 69 is also very nice. Very much recommended.
