The staff was amazing, the nicest ones so far, very helpful and caring. Room was good as well, good size, and very near the train/bus station
You can hear other people’s room, but not too much

Very polite staff, excellent location, price was very great, the design is a bit retro, but for the price and location it’s good for a short stay

Location is good. 5min walk from Kawaguchiko station. Clean. Staff very nice.
Dated decor. No water bottles provided and minimal amenities. Have to pay for luggage keeping after check out.
