Very friendly and helpful person who met us on arrival, Lots of room in the apartment, comfy and quiet, excellent central location. There's also an excellent bakery next door- perfect for breakfast and lunch.
Residenza Madonna Verona contains several apartments, and it was quite difficult from the listing to work out which one we'd actually be staying in (I thought the one we'd chosen had a view into the adjacent square, but it didn't, and it was a bit dark). Our apartment was self-catering, but the kitchen could have been better equipped with basics (we were missing a sharp knife, any bowls, and a cheese grater)

The host met us with the keys and gave a thorough explanation of the property on arrival. She was very kind. We stayed just one night for the opera but I am very familar with Verona and I was surprised to get such a great location, at a very reasonable price. The location is spectacular, off of one of the main piazzas with a great view on all the goings on below, and centrally located to everything. My niece and I really enjoyed the apartment and I would definitely come back.

The location was amazing right in a beautiful piazza. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we couldn't enjoy this earlier in the evening. We were able to arrange contactless entry because of this delay.
We couldn't find a kettle so we had to boil water with a pot. And remember to have cash for the tourist tax to leave on departure.

The locations was great, lots of places to eat, visit or shop
No elevator, the air conditioner was not enough for the rooms
