Hotel Pinocchio

I don’t always review but this stay was excellent and worth noting to others. The room was spacious, good views from the balcony, the breakfast (and restaurant) was very good and the staff at all times were helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for the pool from my partner too. There are cheaper places in Pristina but this is definitely worth the extra

You know the location is not central when you book it, but it’s only 15 minutes walk into the centre. For sure

A wonderful value-for-money hotel with a heated indoor pool and a fully equipped gym. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was a real highlight — delicious food at very reasonable prices. The hotel was spotless and had free parking. The view from the top floor was amazing. We were absolutely satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back!

Doručak bi mogao biti bogatiji, raznovrsniji, kruh i kroasani bi mogli biti svježiji, možda ubaciti koje pecivo ili palačinke, povećati ponudu malo ‘zdravijeg’ i lakšeg doručka (musle, granola, grčki jogurt/ayran, avokado, kuhana jaja,…).

From the minute I was greeted by the friendly owner/manager to the minute I left, I felt I was staying with family. The breakfast out on terrrace overlooking the city below was top notch, and after day one I was brought freshly brewed coffee (the best I had during my fortnight-long trip) three times every day without even having to ask for it. The plate of fresh fruit was also a lovely touch (cereals and cooked eggs to order were also available). The owner/manager even got up extra early to make sure I had breakfast before my early flight and made sure my taxi driver was there as arranged. The spotless room was huge and the bed extremely comfy. There was free water (two huge bottles) and free tea/coffee and also a minibar. The hotel had a gym and indoor pool that were free to use (sauna costs a reasonable E10). The English-speaking owner/manager arranged all my taxis for me at very reasonable rates (no mark-up). The restaurant on site serves AMAZING food - at prices I haven't seen since the 1970s (a 'half' portion of chicken with mushrooms, veg and potatoes was E4.50!) and everything I ordered, including the wine, was utterly delicious. Pizzas are good too. The location is a E3 taxi ride from town but I couldn't think of a nicer place to stay - you can walk to town in about 30 minutes (all downhill!). Loved this place and can't recommend it highly enough.

Nothing- even the chambermaid was super friendly.
