Excellent facilities very clean and tidy throughout the complex. Helpful staff and a good location.

Very spacious suite with all the amenities provided in a very quiet residential area with a swimming pools a mini market a pharmacy, atm and coffee shop / restaurant open from early morning. Huge parking space, gated community, and polite people around
Given that you dont have any mean of transportation (rental cal, scooter, etc) pubs, restaurants, night life and beach walks are fairly far away from the residences. No bus stop nearby also (I might be mistaken so please cross check). If you dont get a pool view room or suite like I did chances are you will be seeing a plethora of different garbage cans from your balcony. That being said garbage are collected on a frequent basis so the majority of them are neat without distinctive smells.

Plenty of sunbeds available and big pools
Cleaners only come every 3 days when there’s a group of 4 staying in the same apartment

Staff were nice and helpful. Room comes with washing machine which is great.
As I was expecting basic services offered by a hotel ( because I thought it was a hotel/resort)- the room given to us was more like an Air BnB type which was fine if it was stated on the advertisement. Cleaning and bed linen change was done every 3 days. Heating relies on solar panel so if it was cloudy or rainy that day you need to turn on heating which will take an hour until you can use hot shower. Extra towel or linen change will have an extra charge. Also, you have to take out the bins at the end of your stay. All these would have been okay if only was stated on the advert and one has to decide if it was okay with them to deal with all of these.
