A cute place after all. The staff (Evgeny) was very friendful. The price was definitely reasonable. The water bar in the room - a decent bonus.
It's not possible to reach them. The whatsApp in the email they sent - seems to be inactive. My message from 3 days ago remains undelivered.
The phone which appears in their Web-site doesn't answer neither on calls, nor on WhatsApp messages. I really felt worried about that.

Quiet spot
Maybe they need a little updaze on some equipment. But old school has its own beauty.

Friendly staff. Quick to respond. Very understanding and relaxed.
Loud bass music on Saturday. Complimentary breakfast on details but when we got there it was not available. Whatsapp messages not used for communication. No rules on smoking. Smoking happening all over the outdoor property and would come through the window.

The room was quiet. The out-of-the-way room was a nice retreat from the busy city.
The bathroom light in Room 15 did not work - there must be a short in the circuit. The bathroom also should be cleaner upon check-in. It would also be nice to be able to do laundry.
