Bar closed early. Coffe bad. No free breakfast.

The first time I used the pool, there was no clean dry towel available at the pool. I ordered a valentine package. One of the balloons was already popped.

It was very clean and nice and everybody was so respectful!

Need to have a TV guide in the rooms as well

our heat did not work, the fridge froze all the food so we had to toss it out. the shower only had 2 settings and because no curtain and only 1/2 glass the water was all over the floor.. used all the towels just to keep the floor dry..

Couldn’t find my reservation under booking.com. Had to get a new reservation and now I’ve paid double. Trying to get a refund but it’s been a slow process.

it had an on-site bar and restaurant which were very good and the location was good for O’Hare

Unfortunately the hotel information on the web and on Booking.com is not correct. We booked this hotel because it listed an airport shuttle service but it doesn’t have one which was the main reason we booked this hotel so that was very disappointing and frustrating. The nice young lady at reception took $10 off our bill but the pre-booked Uber to O’Hare was $48.50!

For the price No continental breakfast I had to go out to purchase every day with my daughter because price too steep in restaurant at property.

first they gave me a dirty room, then when they switched me to another room the bathtub was half covered by glass, so the water kept on getting out into the floor. no one ever came to clean the room and we stayed for 4 days. our trash was full, we had no towels, and the sink faucet was constantly spilling water on the counter. the faucet was too close to the edge of the sink therefore it was challenging washing hands because in order to get the water the hand had to bump onto the edge. i was not happy about the place
