A beautifully presented 4 bed detached house situated in the heart of Chagford
Belaire è una casa indipendente con 4 letti magnificamente presentata situata nel cuore dell'antica stannaria città mercato della deliziosa Chagford, con vista ravvicinata sulla Chiesa di St. Michele Arcangelo. Mentre Belaire vanta il suo ambiente privato, è a meno di un minuto a piedi da vari negozi, caffè e pub. Un flusso caratteristico attraversa l'ampio giardino e vi è un parcheggio sicuro fuori strada per diversi veicoli. Sono ammessi 2 cani presso la struttura al costo aggiuntivo di £ 25 per cane per soggiorno. I cani devono essere tenuti al riparo da tutti i mobili e rimanere al piano di sotto per tutto il soggiorno. Belaire è una struttura rigorosa, non fumatori. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Il ripostiglio ha una lavatrice. La cucina ha un fornello della gamma Lacanche, un frigorifero, un congelatore e una lavastoviglie. Disponiamo di un bruciatore Hetas funzionante, di una caldaia a gas e di termosifoni.

We had a wonderful stay in Chagford. House is absolutely beautiful and the local area is lovely. Would definitely recommend

We booked our stay relatively last minute, but at Belaire we found a dream place to stay in Devon. My wife and I were looking for location to have a UK mini-honeymoon, and wanted to also take our two children away for a a few nights so we could all relax after the stresses of the past few months. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable living room and kitchen downstairs and four good sized bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. It was spotlessly clean and felt perfectly safe and secure. The house was a little cold on arrival, but this is probably due to the ventilation required during cleaning at the present time - it warmed up very quickly once the heating was on.
It is located in a quaint little village, with plenty of lovely places to eat (we would recommend trying the plant burgers at The Globe Inn) and all within a short stroll of the house. It is also only about an hours drive from some of South Devon's best beaches, not to mention right in the middle of the Dartmoor National Park.
It is just a shame we only had a few days, we would definitely come back to stay here again!

Nice place nice house but the downstairs was far from clean . The windows appeared to have not been cleaned for years and the garden was unkept with hedges and grass that had probably not been cut this season. Rubbish was left by previous occupiers. You asked so that is our response we would not otherwise have mentioned it because we had a good holiday and a week of sun
