Location good, but that was it
The accommodation is totally misdescribed on Booking.com. It includes the photos of the actual room but ambiguously shows much larger accommodation in alternative properties - leading to disappointment. The room was v small, with a shower and bathroom that lacks modesty - ridiculous

Nice location in the old building. While didn’t got the room we invited we canceled the reservation, the owner helped and organized us his neighbor property in nice building and welcoming owners, but very noisy.
There is a few rooms in the property, we got the one that was not as described in the pictures of nicely designed rooms, while booked recommended by Telegraph one of the best Torino apartments we got bored narrow simple room.

The instructions for check in were clear and accurate. The building was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. Really nice bed and bathroom. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
Our room was directly off the breakfast room, so it was a bit noisy in the morning. We were getting up early, so it didn't matter to us at all, but if you wanted to sleep late and are a light sleeper, it could be an issue. Perhaps ask for a quieter room if that's important for you.

Great location. Nice host. Nearby to loads of bars and restaurants. A beautiful old building with a large courtyard. Breakfast was nice. Parking was available nearby (10 mins walk). Bed was comfortable.
The room was very dark and smelled a bit damp. It was quite warm throughout the night and the aircon, although set to 17 did very little to cool the room. The lack of windows meant we had to use the aircon.

The room is completely modern and new with a huge walk-in shower and excellent air conditioning. It was large and beautiful. The location is perfect in the heart of Turin. Fabio, owner and full time breakfast, front desk, manager is a delight. He's there 7 days a week helping with breakfast, collecting payments and greeting and visiting with everyone. He has 7 rooms in a residential building and knows everyone of his clients by name every morning. I've never stayed anywhere in the world with perfect rooms, perfect location and perfect staff.

A fantastic location in the centre of Turin. Set in the top of an amazing old building, this is a very carefully designed series of rooms around a main kitchen. We also had a balcony for breakfast overlooking the quadrangle in the house. Very well organised and exactly as described.
Finding it (and the associated parking) was a little like the Da Vinci code but if in getting there we had a very good look around the area.

The terrace area was really beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice! located right in the centre and so close to many restaurants, definitely recommend!
rooms were a little bit dark but that’s it
