The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful . The transport from and to the hotel from the port. The beds and mattresses were brand new and very comfortable. Greatly appreciate that we were given a ground floor room with a direct access to the pool area.

The rest of the furniture and kitchenette was a bit outdated. Breakfast could have had a few more options such as fried eggs.

Breakfast was decent but the rooms were very spacious, clean, great view and comfirtable beds.

The colours in the room were very dull, could use some brightness

We loved our stay here in this comfortable room with a great view. A sparkling pool, lovely breakfast and the charming hostess Christina made for an enjoyable stay. It's a 15 minute walk walk from town centre but nearby lovely restaurant and having cold drinks and snacks available poolside were perfect. Plus the included transfer to and from the port was great service. A great place to spend some time on beautiful Spetses.

For anyone wanting to travel onwards to the Peloponese, their associated travel company Alasia at the port can organise a seamless transfer by ferry and bus to Nafplio or Epidaurus.

clean & nice room friendly staff clean pool Shuttle to the Center Till 19:30 Supermarket about 7 Minutes Walking away best Restaurant in town just around the corner :)

the Next Beach is NOT 300 Meter away like it says here - it is about 900 Meters down the hill - there you find a Beach Club Where you would pay 30 Euros for some sunbeds far away from everything up the hill - so not the best choice with Kids - Walking with Kids is about 30 Minutes to the Town and 20 Minutes to the Beach - the way back is longer as you have to Walk up the hill - quite hard in July/August we Ended up Renting some bikes Breakfast quite basic, the only Fresh thing there was some nectarine -no healthy Choices like muesli - no changes at all Leaking Shower so the Floor in the bathroom was always wet kitchen Space is super basic Not really possible to Cook there
