The restaurant is exceptional (best pizza), the room has a perfect view, great service, you can really feel the staff of the hotel and restaurant put love into there work; actual legit old school place!

We were just amazed by your Team and Capri.
We have been to Capri many times and have always been to the restaurant da Giorgio, which we always loved. This time we stayed at Da Giorgio's hotel and it was just great. There are a really thankful and friendly team. The Host Barbara was always there for us. Our room was very clean and the staff was just nice. The staff from the restaurant were also super nice and we felt comfortable. The meal from the Restaurant is always fresh and high class. The staff always entertained our small daughter. She was always happy and smile.

The hotel is worn down, all facilities are old and “tired” as also are the furniture. There was a smell of mould in the room. The room was very small, that small that we could not find enough space to open the suitcase without moving the bed all the way against the wall. The toilette/shower was also tiny. The breakfast was simply poor.

Location & View from balcony were really awesome. It is the main selling point.
Furniture is outdated but we didn't mind this. Annoyed with some staff who seemed REALLY (and unnecessarily) annoyed for politely asking, after check in, whether we could have an Aperol Spritz. Perhaps it was end of their shift (?) but we can't know this and could have easily politely refused, which was not going to be a problem for us. One of them went a little ballistic for no reason. I hope it was just a bad day for this employee. At the end of our holiday, they initially asked 30euros for these 2 spritz (and then 'discounted' to 20euros). Internet was mehh too.

This room has a two twin beds pushed together to make a "king" with an extra twin bed. It has a full bathroom and a nice little balcony with a good view. All in all pretty nice facilities for a budget hotel in Capri. Heated towel rack in the bathroom was a nice touch.
The only thing I didn't like was that you were asked to leave your key in the cabinet by the stairs. We kept our key with us because we were uncomfortable with this. The balcony door would pop out when you opened it. It almost fell on me the one time I opened it. This should be fixed as it's a hazard.
