Location was awesome. Walked to everything
Night noise in the plaza was loud but understandable. Got quiet around 10:30

Extremely helpful and cheerful ladies at reception. Special thanks to Sra. Elena and to the lady who kept our room so neat and clean.
The location was excellent—an easy walk to the sites and to the wonderful ZaZa restaurant and the not-to-missMisster Pelleterie.
Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was a pleasant experience.
The beds were comfortable but made noise when getting in and out.

"Honestly, everything about our 2-night stay here was an absolute 10/10. First off, the location is unbeatable—you are right in the middle of everything, just a quick walk to the Duomo and the train station, which made exploring Florence so easy. The building itself has so much history and character, and our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. What really made the trip, though, was the staff. They were so incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. If you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Florence, this is it.

Staff is excellent, super friendly. Location is great, right in heart of Florence. Breakfast is okay.
Our room faced the street and the street noise goes until late in the night. Street is very touristy and there are many shops in both sides of the street. Bedrooms have the barely minimum - not charming or recently renovated.
